My parents got married at Cheers & Lakeside Chalet ten years ago, in the same month that my husband and I married. I remember finding the venue absolutely stunning when I was there the first time, and even more wonderful than I could remember upon returning for our wedding this past weekend. For both my parents wedding and my own, we used the lakeside venue at the bottom of the hill. This gave us access to the chapel location in the woods which provided for stunning first look and wedding party photos, and also access to the bonfire area, playground, and surrounding pond. All night our guests were commenting on how beautiful the location is, and the decorations in the lakeside location went perfectly with our “nature” themed wedding. We rented linens in our wedding colors, as well as some log slabs to set the center pieces I made on. They were also willing to try out a specific way of tying the chair sashes for me, and it turned out beautifully.

In terms of the staff’s service, everything was excellent as well. Our hostess was delightful, and I could not have been more grateful to have such a friendly and helpful hostess to help put everything together and give us a beautiful wedding night. The staff that assisted with dinner also did an excellent job. At the end of the evening I couldn’t even recall seeing anyone packing up our decorations, but it was all ready to go for us. They also let our groomsmen stick around in the bonfire area after guests had left so they could smoke their pipes before heading out. We also received a discount on our hotel by stating that the hotel was recommended to us via our wedding venue (Cheers Chalet).

Long story short, the wedding was perfect, and this is due greatly to the wedding location and staff. Everyone on the staff we worked with over time was very friendly, cooperative, and helpful, and every single part of the venue was just absolutely beautiful. I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding night.

Cheers is definitely the place to go for a unique and personal wedding! We were able to have our ceremony at the Chapel in the Woods, perfect for the more outdoors-loving couple. We loved the ceiling of the Lakeside venue deck, it looks like some sort of island resort. We didn’t need to do any decorating, the food was absolutely delicious, we could not be happier with our experience there!!

We had our wedding at Cheers this past weekend at the upper location. Everything went so smoothly thanks to the staff at Cheers Chalet. Our hostess Penny was so helpful and did a wonderful job setting up the decorations. Tanya walked us thru all the details of the wedding beforehand and was so nice and easy to work with. All of the staff Members were nice and friendly and went above and beyond expectations. This place is a beautiful location. We had the pasta sauté for our guests and everyone loved the food. I recommend going to one of their bridal open houses so you can sample lots of diff things and it’s a good way to check out the venue. I would also recommend looking at their preferred vendors list. We used quite a few of them and were happy with all. We also used them for our rehearsal dinner. It worked out great having the rehearsal and dinner all in one place. We has the fajita station. It was good and all the guests thought it was a lot of fun. I highly recommend Cheers!

The venue is beautiful. Fortunately we had perfect weather for our outdoor wedding. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers and the trees wrapped in white lights were so whimsical at night. I received so many compliments about how beautiful the wedding and reception were and I only provided simple table decor; no other decorating was needed at this beautiful location. Having the ceremony and reception here saved me a lot of work. Tanya and Dave were very responsive, extremely friendly, and always flexible. Tanya listened to all my ideas and was very accommodating. The food was excellent. Our guests raved about the Roman Pasta Saute and the Apple Maple Stuffed Chicken. I loved the convenience of having the ceremony, reception, catering, and bar wrapped into one vendor and I didn’t have to decorate. I didn’t want a church and reception hall style wedding and Cheers exceeded my expectations.

We had so many complements about how beautiful the venue was and how much everyone loved the food! We had perfect weather and cheers looked amazing! Tanya worked so hard to make sure everything was planned out and she was very easy to get in touch with whenever we needed anything!
