Our Premium Roman Pasta Sauté
Your guests have their personal chef sauté: a wide variety of fresh pasta's, vegetables and meats as well as herbs, spices, and garlic. All are prepared at a beautifully decorated cooking station right in front of them. The sautéed pasta and ingredients are then topped with their choice of specially prepared homemade sauces.  The creation of the meal becomes a delightful & delicious experience for everyone.

Standing Steamship Round
The Standing Steamship Round is a prime quarter of beef, each one standing over two feet tall, weighing over 60 pounds, covered in herbs and spices, and slow roasted all day. The Steamship Round is then carved, and served at a special station by our chef. Each guest can then select their own cut of beef from rare to well done. 

This is a dramatic presentation that is thoroughly enjoyed by the most discriminating guest.


Bread Station:
A wide selection of breads selected by our chef to compliment the meal you select. Artfully displayed, the selection of fresh baked breads can include rolls, fruit filled breads, Ethnic varieties. Breads include a variety of shapes, textures and ingredients to satisfy the most discriminate palate. Flavored butters, virgin olive oil, and fresh cheese spreads to compliment the selection and are a true delight. The Bread Station is a real memorable piece.

The Ultimate Salad Station:
A large round table tastefully arranged with up to a dozen different greens from around the world specially selected for not only their taste but also color and texture. Then a selection of meats, cheeses, beans & vegetables artfully inter-mixed into the display to create a centerpiece salad. Your guests are treated to a spectacular feast for their eyes as well as their appetite. This wonderful salad also works well as an appetizer, creating a conversation piece as well as an activity for your guests enjoyment.
